Bypass rules

This topic describes how to configure bypass stream ingest rules.

Important

RTC 3.0 applications support only manual stream ingest through APIs. Automatic stream ingest is not supported.

Procedure

  1. Log on to the Real-Time Communication (RTC) console.

  2. In the navigation pane on the left, choose Configuration Management > Bypass Rules.

  3. Select the AppID to configure.

  4. Enable the Bypass Stream Ingest service.

    Note

    • The Bypass Stream Ingest service is disabled by default. You must enable this service in the console before you can use the stream ingest feature.

    • Disabling the bypass stream ingest service in the console does not affect ongoing stream ingest tasks. After the ongoing tasks are complete, the stream ingest feature becomes unavailable.
