Release an instance

TSDB for InfluxDB® does not support self-service instance release in the TSDB console. To release an instance, submit a ticket through User Center.

Before you begin

Before submitting the ticket, collect the following information:

  • The instance ID of the instance to release

  • The order ID associated with the instance

Release an instance

  1. Submit a ticket. In the ticket, include the following:

    • Reasons for unsubscription

    • Instance ID

    • Order ID

  2. Alibaba Cloud engineers review your request to confirm it meets the unsubscription requirements.

  3. After the request is approved, confirm the unsubscription. The instance is released immediately upon confirmation. Refunds are issued within 30 business days. The refund time will be affected by the processing speed.
