Permission error on the Corporate Mailbox management page

Problem description

When a RAM user administrator opens the Corporate Mailbox page in the DingTalk admin console, the following error message appears: "You do not have permissions for this page. If you need access, contact the primary administrator to enable permissions."

Cause

The primary administrator has not assigned any mailbox permissions.

Solution

If the mailbox management page is accessible from Address Book > Mailbox Management but not from the Corporate Mailbox shortcut on the home page, select the All Permissions checkbox under the Mailbox option.
