Advanced meeting controls are designed for large and important meetings. Using the DingTalk PC client, the host can access controls such as flexible video layout orchestration, muting, and removing participants to ensure the meeting runs in a stable and orderly manner.
Prerequisites
You need to create and join a DingTalk meeting. For more information, see Create a meeting and Join a meeting.
Meeting controls are available only on the PC client.
Only the host has permission to use meeting controls.
The meeting control feature is available only to users of the Enterprise Edition.
Procedure
1. On the home page of the DingTalk PC client, click Application >> Advanced Meeting Controls in the menu at the bottom.
2. In the meeting control panel, the host or co-host can set the layout, control the microphones and cameras of participants, and convert the meeting to a livestream.
