Sync your Alibaba Mail calendar with Outlook by configuring CalDAV* through the CalDAV Synchronizer plug-in.
*CalDAV is a standard protocol for synchronizing calendar data across devices and applications.
Supported Outlook versions
Supported Outlook versions include Office 365, 2019, 2016, 2013, 2010, and 2007.
Download and install
1. Go to the official download page.

Download the latest version: https://caldavsynchronizer.org/download-2/

2. Unzip the downloaded OutlookCalDavSynchronizer-4.4.1.zip file and run setup.exe.

3. Install

Double-click setup.exe to start the installer. Click Next.

Select an installation path and click Next to complete the installation.


4. Configuration

Restart the Outlook client after installation. When prompted to install the tool, click Install.

The CalDav Synchronizer ribbon appears in the menu bar.

Click Synchronization Profiles.

Click Add new profile.

Select Generic CalDav/CardDAV and click OK.

In the configuration window, enter the following information:

Name: A custom profile name.

Outlook folder: Select or create a calendar folder.

DAV URL: Enter https://caldav.mxhichina.com/dav/. Note: The URL must end with a forward slash (/).

Username: Your email address.
-
Password: Your email password, or your third-party client authorization password if enabled.

Email address: Your email address.
-
Synchronization interval: Default is 30 minutes. Adjust as needed.

Click Test or discover settings to verify, then click OK.

FAQ
Q1: The CalDav Synchronizer ribbon does not appear after installation.

Solution: The plug-in may be disabled by default in Outlook. Go to File > Options > Add-ins. From the Manage drop-down list, select Disabled Items, click Go, and then enable the plug-in.

Q2: A dialog box states the URL is read-only and sync mode is changing to replication.
Solution: Return to the configuration page. Set Synchronization mode to Outlook <-> Server (Two-Way) and then click OK.
Q3: Duplicate events appear after enabling two-way synchronization.

Solution: Click Show Advanced Settings. In the advanced settings window, click Event Mapping Configuration. Select the Use globalappointmentID for mapping checkbox and click OK.

Q4: The installer reports that Visual Studio 2010 Tools for Office Runtime is missing.

Solution: Download the runtime from https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=105890 and retry the installation.
