To troubleshoot potential resolution issues, session IDs and IP addresses for resolution must be recorded in logs.
Obtain the session ID
You can obtain the session ID of a user to troubleshoot potential resolution issues. For more information, see Session tracing solutions for resolution exceptions.
Note
A session ID is a 12-bit ID that is randomly generated. The session ID remains unchanged during the lifecycle of an app.
