Register an account on the Alibaba Cloud app
The Alibaba Cloud app provides several methods for registering an Alibaba Cloud account, including one-click registration, account registration, and authenticated registration through the Alipay and Taobao apps.
Limitations
You can register a maximum of six Alibaba Cloud accounts with a single mobile number.
Prerequisites
Ensure that you have downloaded and installed the Alibaba Cloud app on your mobile device.
Procedure
One-click registration
Open the Alibaba Cloud app, tap the My tab at the bottom of the screen, and then tap Log in/Register.
On the Log in with mobile number page, tap Register in the upper-right corner.
Read the registration agreements and terms, and then tap one-click registration.
After your mobile number is verified, your individual account is registered.
Account registration
Open the Alibaba Cloud app, tap the My tab at the bottom of the screen, and then tap Log in/Register.
On the Log in with mobile number page, tap Register in the upper-right corner.
Tap Account registration.
Read the registration agreements and terms. Then, follow the prompts to enter your login name, password, mobile number, and verification code. Tap Register.
Your individual account is registered.
Next steps
After registering your account, you must complete real-name verification to purchase and use Alibaba Cloud products and services. To do so, follow these steps in the Alibaba Cloud app:
Open the Alibaba Cloud app, tap the My tab at the bottom of the screen, and then tap Get benefits by verification.
On the real-name verification page, complete the verification for your user type.
For individual users: Tap Authorize with Personal Alipay to complete individual real-name verification.
For enterprise users: Tap legal person facial recognition to complete enterprise real-name verification.
