PUSH marketing sub-tasks

Updated at:

View the execution details for push marketing sub-tasks on the PUSH Marketing tab. This tab is under Task Details > Marketing Actions in an automated marketing task.

Task list

As shown in the following figure, the list displays information such as the task name, associated sub-activities, Planned Sends | Match Rate, Received Count | Received Rate, Open Count | Open Rate, Ignored Count | Ignored Rate, and Status. If a number is displayed for associated sub-activities, you can hover the mouse over the number to view all of them.

Note

The statistics for Planned Sends | Match Rate, Received Count | Received Rate, Open Count | Open Rate, and Ignored Count | Ignored Rate are collected for 72 hours after the push is sent. The data is not updated after this period.

Where:

  • Planned Sends | Match Rate

    Note
    • Match Rate = Planned Sends ÷ Actual Sends × 100%.

    • Actual sends include devices reached through the push channel and vendor channels.

    • A push notification can be sent only after a device ID from the selected audience is matched with a Umeng ID. Some matching loss may occur because of factors such as phone flashing and the matching algorithm. Because of data drift in Umeng, the number of planned sends for iOS devices may be greater than or equal to the number of devices.

  • Received Count | Received Rate

    Note
    • For Android devices, Received Rate = Received Count ÷ Actual Sends × 100%.

    • The iOS platform does not support statistics for the received count. This is displayed as --.

  • Open Count | Open Rate

    Note
    • For Android devices, Open Rate = Open Count ÷ Received Count × 100%.

    • For iOS devices, Open Rate = Open Count ÷ Actual Sends × 100%.

  • Ignored Count | Ignored Rate

    Note
    • For Android devices, Ignored Rate = Ignored Count ÷ Received Count × 100%. The ignored count does not include notifications that are closed in a batch by the system.

    • The iOS platform does not support statistics for the ignored count. This is displayed as --.
