On the Task Details > Marketing Actions > SMS Marketing tab of an Automated Marketing task, you can view the execution information for its SMS marketing sub-tasks.
Task list
The list displays information for each task, including the task name, associated sub-activities, and the number of phone numbers. It also shows the number of messages sent, the number of successful sends, the number of failed sends, and the number of sends with no feedback, along with the SMS platform, SMS type, and status. If a number is displayed for an associated sub-activity, you can hover your mouse over it to view all associated sub-activities.
Number of messages sent = Number of successful sends + Number of failed sends + Number of sends with no feedback.
The number of phone numbers in the task may differ from the number of messages sent. This can happen if a number is nonexistent or if a long message is split into multiple parts.
The SMS platform provides feedback on successful and failed sends. Due to carrier conditions, feedback for some numbers may be delayed. If no feedback is received within 3 days (72 hours), the status is marked as failed.
You can perform the following operations:
Refresh: Refresh the counts for successful, failed, and no-feedback messages and the task status.
Content Preview: View the message content.
Number Details: View the send status for the task. For more information, see View details below.

Click Generate Audience to create a new audience by filtering users based on their message status: successful, failed, or no feedback.
This information is stored for 7 days (168 hours). After this period, the information is deleted and you can no longer use it to generate an audience.
You cannot generate audiences from SMS marketing sub-tasks that are part of a task triggered by a behavioral event.
