Mail marketing subtasks

On the Task details > Marketing actions > Mail tab for an automated marketing task, you can view the execution information of its mail marketing subtasks.

Task list

As shown in the following figure, the list displays the task name, associated sub-activities (if a number is displayed, hover over the number to view all associated sub-activities), total sent, successful, failed, invalid addresses, status, mail platform, sender address, and address type.

The following actions are available:

  • Content preview: View the sent content.

  • Details: View the task sending status. For more information, see the View details section.

View details

Click Details for a task to open the details page, as shown in the following figure.

The page displays details for each recipient address, including the time of receipt, delivery result, and reason for failure.

Click Generate audience to create a new audience by filtering for users with successful deliveries, failed deliveries, invalid addresses, or messages marked as spam.

Note
  • This information is stored for 7 days (168 hours). After it expires, the information is deleted and cannot be used to generate an audience.

  • Audience generation is not supported for mail marketing subtasks within tasks that are triggered by behavioral events.
