Alibaba Finance Cloud dedicated clusters
Alibaba Finance Cloud offers high-specification green data centers in Hangzhou, Shenzhen, Shanghai, and Beijing (invitational preview). These data centers provide the infrastructure for the cloud computing platform. They support a two-region three-data-center architecture and include the following features:
Dedicated clusters: Alibaba Finance Cloud is a cloud computing service designed for the finance industry. It provides dedicated cloud computing clusters that are low-cost, highly elastic, highly available, secure, and compliant. Financial institutions must be certified for access before they can purchase these services.
Green data centers: The data centers are national models of green energy conservation, achieved through the use of energy-saving equipment, energy consumption monitoring, efficient power supplies, efficient chiller plants, green buildings, and energy management policies.
Disaster recovery and backup: Alibaba Cloud offers disaster recovery plans that comply with the strict regulations of the finance industry. These plans support both two-region dual-data-center and two-region three-data-center architectures. A dual-data-center architecture is available for general business services. For core business services, Alibaba Cloud provides independent, dedicated, and customized physical clusters in a two-region three-data-center architecture. These clusters have dedicated network bandwidth resources to prevent performance contention and ensure high-performance and stable cloud services. They are isolated from public clusters and managed separately, which provides a higher level of security and stability.
Leased line access: Leased line access provides a secure and private communication mechanism that prevents security issues and the leakage of sensitive information during transmission, which helps meet compliance requirements. Leased lines ensure high-speed connections to the networks of financial institutions and meet real-time business needs.
BGP networks: The Alibaba Cloud Border Gateway Protocol (BGP) network connects Internet Data Centers (IDCs) directly to multiple carriers, which ensures high-speed access for users from different carriers.
CDN service: The Alibaba Cloud Content Delivery Network (CDN) has over 300 nodes across China. These nodes cover different regions and carriers to ensure fast access for all users. The advanced system architecture, ample bandwidth, and abundant node resources can handle traffic spikes from large numbers of users. A comprehensive monitoring and service system, combined with extensive experience in CDN operations, delivers a fast, efficient, and elastic service.
