DingTalk Mail logon

If you need passwordless logon to DingTalk Mail, assign the mailbox using Scenario 2.
Scenario 1: Assign a pre-created mailbox from the DingTalk OA admin console

After a DingTalk administrator assigns a corporate mailbox from the admin console, open the Mail application in DingTalk under Collaboration or Workbench. When prompted, click “Use this mailbox.” The system automatically selects the corporate mailbox assigned from the admin console. Enter your password to log on.

Log on
Open the Mail application in DingTalk. By default, the DingTalk mailbox opens. Click Mailbox Management → Add Account. The system automatically selects the corporate mailbox assigned from the admin console. Enter your password to log on.


Scenario 2: Assign a mailbox not previously created from the DingTalk OA admin console

After a DingTalk administrator creates a corporate mailbox from the admin console, account and password details are sent to the user via DingTalk work notifications and text messages. The mailbox in DingTalk also receives this message simultaneously.

Log on
Click the mail message or open the Mail app → click I understand to log on to the corporate mailbox automatically without a password.

Log on
Open the Mail application to see that the assigned mailbox is already logged on.

Assignment methods

Batch import
First use the batch export feature to obtain basic information. Fill in the corporate mailbox field, then import the file.
Always verify employee information before importing to avoid errors.

After filling in the corporate mailbox field with the mailbox to assign, upload the file.

Individual configuration
Find the target account, click More, and assign a mailbox in the corporate mailbox field under Basic Information.
