Live Streaming Inspection Agent/Speech non-compliance analysis
This tutorial shows you how to use Speech Non-compliance Analysis.
Overview
Speech Non-compliance Analysis inspects a streamer's speech by matching each sentence against predefined speech scenarios within a specified inspection period. To use this feature, create and enable your speech scenarios, configure which scenarios to apply to each live stream in Inspection Management, and review the results on the Inspection Overview page and the Analysis Dashboard.
Note: Excessive background noise or off-camera conversations in a live stream can cause inaccurate speech recognition.
Procedure
Configure speech non-compliance
Go to Inspection Management > Inspection Management and click Add or Edit.
Configure the following settings: Channel, Live Stream Name (must match the actual live stream's name), Speech Scenarios (multiple selections are supported), and Inspection Period.
Inspection overview
On the Inspection Overview page, you can filter results by Channel, Live Stream, Scenario, Quality Inspection Status, and Time Range.
Download the detailed report to review each non-compliant instance offline.
Inspection details
In the inspection details, you can preview the one-minute video clip captured when a non-compliant word was detected.
You can review the streamer's transcribed speech from that one-minute interval.
