The Membership Hub helps you build a customer loyalty program. It lets you set membership levels, member benefits, tasks, and marketing campaigns. You can also define rules for earning and using points. Members earn growth points and reward points by completing tasks and participating in campaigns. Growth points are used to upgrade a member's level, and each level can offer different benefits. Members can redeem their reward points for cash discounts on purchases. This system is designed to increase member engagement and encourage repeat purchases.
