Omnichannel Insights Overview

The Omnichannel Insights module provides omnichannel tags for product and operations teams. You can use these tags to segment and analyze existing users. This helps you conduct more precise, fine-grained operations.

Omnichannel Insights includes the following features:

  • Omnichannel Tags: Provides a rich set of pre-configured tags for existing users. You can use these tags for user profile insights and audience segmentation.

  • Omnichannel Analysis: Provides flexible analysis capabilities for existing users that use omnichannel tags. You can analyze all users or specific user segments across multiple dimensions and formats. This helps business teams gain a complete understanding of users.

  • Audience Management: Provides visual templates to filter and manage audiences. This lets you perform fine-grained management of existing users.

  • Prerequisites: Purchase the Omnichannel Insights feature package. For more information, see Pricing List and Billing Guide.

  • Permissions: This feature is available to organization administrators and space administrators.
