Omnichannel Tags

This feature is available only to paid customers and is no longer sold to new customers.

The Omnichannel Tags feature matches and presets rich omnichannel tags for your existing users. These tags are used for user profiling and audience segmentation.

Tag System

After the Omnichannel Insights module is initialized, go to the Tag System page. On this page, you can search for, view, and use the preset omnichannel tags.

In the tag list:

  • Covered Users: The number of users who have data for the omnichannel tag.

  • Invocations: The total number of times the tag is used in audience filtering and insight analysis.

  • Last Updated: The user coverage and invocation data for omnichannel tags are updated daily.

You can perform the following actions:

  • Click Create Audience to use the tag for audience filtering. For more information, see Audience Filter.

  • Click Details to open the tag details page.

    This page displays detailed information about the tag, the user distribution across different tag values, and historical changes in user distribution.
