An ad creation is the content of an ad that is displayed on a media terminal. The marketing placement flow includes the configuration of ad creations.
To manage the ad creations that you created during the marketing placement process, go to Media Placement > your workspace > Marketing Promotion > Marketing Management > Ad Creation. The page is displayed as shown in the following figure.
1. Filter conditions:
Date range: The default is This month. You can set a custom date range to specify the statistical period for ad creation data. The date range cannot exceed 180 days or include future dates.
Promotion channel: Currently, only Internet ads are supported.
Placement type: Currently, only fixed-price placements are supported.
Review status:
In review
Approved
Rejected
Partially approved: The creation was pushed to multiple media outlets. Some outlets approved the creation, while others rejected it.
Campaign: The default is All. You can select multiple campaigns.
Order: The default is all orders under the selected campaigns. You can select multiple orders.
Search box: You can search by creation name or creation ID.
2. Ad creation list:
The list displays configuration information for each creation, such as the name, ID, content (click the thumbnail to preview images or play videos and audio), format, promotion link, associated ad order, and associated ad slot. The list also displays the following statistics:
Review status
Total spend
Media placement spend
Media resource spend
Impressions
CPM
Clicks
Click-through rate (CTR)
CPC
The following operations are supported:
Enable/Disable: You can use the switch at the beginning of each row to control the status of an ad creation. Disabled creations are no longer placed.
Click the
icon to edit the ad creation.Click the
icon to view the ad creation's configuration and review status in a pop-up window. If a creation was rejected, the reason for rejection is displayed.NoteThe creation is reviewed by the media outlet that owns the ad slot.
