Solution for unavailable features in Alibaba Mail after logon

Problem description

After you log on to any mailbox account for your domain from the web client, all mailbox features are unavailable.

Cause

This problem can be caused by the following:

• Your domain name has expired.

• DNS resolution errors.

Solution

If you encounter this issue, log on to the Alibaba Mail console to check the domain name resolution status. If the status is Resolution not effective, check whether your domain name has expired:

1. Expired

a. If your expired domain name was purchased from Alibaba Cloud, renew it. You can try again after the DNS records take effect. DNS record changes typically take 24 to 48 hours to take effect.

b. If your domain name was not purchased from Alibaba Cloud, contact your domain name service provider. You can use your mailbox after the domain name resolution status becomes active. 2. The domain name has not expired
