Problem description
When you send an email using Alibaba Mail, you receive the following error message:
host mxn.mxhichina.com[x.x.x.x] said: 550 mailbox is full (in reply to RCPT TO command).Cause
The recipient's mailbox is full and cannot accept new emails.
Solutions
Contact the recipient through another channel and resolve the issue as follows:
1. If the recipient uses Alibaba Mail, see What to do when an Alibaba Mail mailbox cannot receive emails because it is full.
2. If the recipient uses a third-party email service, ask them to delete old emails or contact their email service provider to increase their mailbox storage capacity.
