How to create an account alias?
An alias, also known as a canonical name, maps multiple email addresses to a single mailbox, so you receive mail sent to any of them.
Background
For example, if your mailbox is a***@example.net, you can create aliases such as b***@example.net and c***@example.net for different customers. Emails sent to any alias are delivered to your main mailbox.
Procedure

Log on to Alibaba Mail as an administrator. Go to Organization and Users > Mailbox Management > Employee Mailboxes.

Click the account name to open its edit page. Click Mailbox Address, and then click Add. Enter an alias prefix and click
to add the alias.
