The SMS signature indicates the identity of the SMS sender and will be displayed together with the SMS content when the SMS is sent.
On the Signature Management page, you can add SMS signatures that have been created in the SMS platform and passed the review to Quick Audience, or directly create an SMS signature for the Alibaba Cloud SMS platform.
Add an existing signature
If you have created an SMS signature on the Alibaba Cloud SMS Platform or a third-party SMS platform and the SMS signature has passed the review, you must add the signature to Quick Audience before you use it in SMS marketing.
Procedure
Choose Workspace> User Marketing > Reach Marketing > SMS > Signature Management.
In the upper-right corner, choose Add Signature > Add Existing Signature.
In the SMS Platform dialog box, enter the approved signature.
Click OK.
New SMS Signature
You can directly create an SMS signature for the Alibaba Cloud SMS platform in Quick Audience without logging on to the Alibaba Cloud SMS platform.
Procedure
Choose Workspace> User Marketing > Reach Marketing > SMS > Signature Management.
In the upper-right corner, choose Add Signature > New SMS Signature.
Fill in the signature and application description as prompted, select the signature source, and upload the supporting documents.
Click Submit for review.
The SMS signature will be submitted to the Alibaba Cloud SMS platform for review. The signature list will display its review status.
Manage SMS signatures
As shown in the following figure, the list displays the added or new SMS signatures, including the SMS platform and review status.
You can perform the following operations:
Delete: If you no longer use a signature, click Delete. Then, confirm and remove the signature.
Edit: You can edit signatures that fail to be reviewed and submit the modified signatures for review again.
