Shanghai region: May 5, 2022.
Upgrade Features
During the upgrade from the legacy V3 version to the new V4 version, Quick Audience introduced ID-Mapping to identify users and deduplicate raw user data from different channels using mobile phone numbers, thereby integrating omnichannel data. For more information, see Understanding ID-Mapping.
Feature | New Version | Old Version |
|---|---|---|
Data Entry |
|
|
User Identity Recognition | Introduces an ID-Mapping process. Multi-terminal data uses mobile phone numbers for user identity recognition, enabling omnichannel data integration for analysis and marketing. | Does not perform user identity recognition. User information from different channels remains fragmented and cannot be integrated. |
RFM Model | When you create an RFM model, you can set the data statistics scope, such as time, channel, and category. | Does not support setting the data statistics scope. |
Audience Filter |
|
|
Audience Update | After underlying table data is updated and imported, audience updates are triggered automatically to ensure marketing reaches the latest audience. | Audiences support only periodic updates, not data-triggered updates. |
Automated Marketing Tag Multi-branch Component | Filters branches based on multiple user dimension features: tags, AIPL models, RFM models, behaviors, statistical indicators, and membership in specified audiences. | Filters branches based on user tags only. |
While both the new and old versions are available, separate User Guides are provided for each. Because some features are common to both versions, be sure to verify which version a document applies to when reading or searching. All new version documents are located in the V4 User Guide directory.
