Upgrade
If your current plan does not meet your needs, you can upgrade it. This topic describes the upgrade rules and procedure.
Upgrade rules
A plan change that requires an additional payment is considered an upgrade.
Upgrade order price = Price for the remaining duration of the new plan - Price for the remaining duration of the old plan
Example:
A user purchases a 3-month Standard Edition plan on May 1. The monthly price is CNY 316, for a total of CNY 948. The user applies a CNY 150 coupon and pays the remaining CNY 798 in cash. One month later, the user decides to upgrade to the Ultimate Edition, which costs CNY 688 per month. For calculation purposes, one month is assumed to be 30 days.
The amount due for the upgrade order is the purchase price for the remaining duration of the new plan (CNY 688 / 30 days / 24 × 60 days × 24 hours) minus the purchase price for the remaining duration of the old plan (CNY 316 / 30 days / 24 × 60 days × 24 hours), which totals CNY 744.
Upgrading does not change the expiration date of the plan.
