Alibaba Mail lets you control which sent emails are saved: all, none, client-sent only, or Webmail-sent only. By default, all sent emails are saved to the Sent folder on the server. We recommend keeping this default to ensure a complete record of sent items.
Procedure
Log on to the domain management console with your postmaster administrator account. Go to Email Tools >> Sending Settings. Select the check box for the desired option, and then click Save.
