Batch import or export a personal address book

Import contacts from CSV or VCF files into your address book, or export contacts to a file. This feature is for employee accounts.

Import contacts

1. Access the contact import feature

1) Click the Address Book tab.

2) Click the drop-down arrow next to Contacts, and then click Import Contacts.

2. Configure the importimage1) Select file: Upload a CSV or VCF file from your computer.

2) Import to group: Select an existing contact group or create a new one.

3) Encoding: Select the encoding that matches your file. If unsure, select Auto-select.

4) Duplicates: Choose to ignore or overwrite contacts that already exist in your address book.

5. Click OK to start the import.

6) The import results display on the page with failure reasons. Fix any failed entries and re-upload the file.

3. Notes on importing files

1) Format CSV files as shown below. Required columns: Name and Email. Optional: Mobile Phone Number, Backup Email.template2) Import failures are usually caused by file format issues.

Export contacts

1. Access the contact export feature

1) Click the Address Book tab.

2) Click the management menu to the right of the personal address book, and then click "Import Contacts".

2. Configure the exportimage1) Export group: Select a contact group to export, or export all contacts.

2) Encoding: Select an encoding format for the exported file.

3) Export format: Select a file format.
