When you register an Alibaba Cloud account, an email address that starts with "hi" is also created for you. If you enter your username and password on mail.aliyun.com but are immediately redirected to the logon page and cannot log on, this indicates that the account must be manually synchronized and created before use. Currently, registration for personal mailboxes has been discontinued due to our operational policy. If you need an email service, you can purchase an Enterprise Mailbox.
