This topic explains how to purchase Alibaba Mail.
1. Log in to Alibaba Cloud
If you have an Alibaba Cloud account, log in.
If you do not have an Alibaba Cloud account, register an Alibaba Cloud account and then log in.
2. Alibaba Mail purchase page
After you log in, go to https://wanwang.aliyun.com/mail/.
Alternatively, on the Alibaba Cloud homepage, hover over Products in the navigation bar, search for "email", and then click "corporate email".
3. Select an Alibaba Mail edition
Choose the Alibaba Mail edition for your needs and click Buy Now.

Different editions
Standard Edition
1. Select the number of accounts (a minimum of 5 accounts). For example, to purchase 5 accounts, drag the slider or enter 5 in the text box.
3. Select whether to purchase a service package. For more information, see VIP Service Package.
4. Select the subscription duration.
5. After you finish selecting products, the system calculates the price. Click "Buy Now".
AI Premium Edition
1. Select the required number of accounts (a minimum of 5 accounts is required). For example, to purchase 5 email accounts, you can drag the slider or enter the number 5 in the text box.
2. Enter the domain name to bind for email.
3. Select whether to purchase a service package. For more information, see VIP Service Package.
4. Select the subscription duration.
5. Once you complete your selection, the system calculates the price for the selected products. Click "Buy Now".
Domestic Version
1. Select the desired number of accounts (a minimum of 5 accounts is required for purchase). For example, to purchase 5 email accounts, you can drag the slider or enter the number 5 in the text box.
2. Enter an email address to bind the domain name.
4. Select the subscription duration.
5. After you make your selections, the system calculates the corresponding price. Click "Buy Now".
IV. Mailbox Purchase
Confirm your product order and that you understand and accept the Alibaba Mail Terms of Service. Then, click the Go to Pay button to proceed to the checkout page.
Order Payment
Select a payment method: Alipay, personal online banking, corporate online banking, or offline remittance.
Select a payment method and click the Pay button to complete the payment.
Note: If you accidentally close the payment page, you can log in to the console, click Billing > Orders at the top of the page, find the unpaid order, and click the Pay button to complete the payment.
VI. Set administrator password
After the payment is successful, go to the Alibaba Mail console. In the console, you can view or manage your purchased mail products. To set the login password for the administrator account, click Manage > Reset Password on the right side of the mailbox.
Requesting an invoice
Log in to the console and click Billing -> Invoice -> Request Invoice at the top of the page to request an invoice.
Post-purchase configuration
After you purchase Alibaba Mail, you can proceed with email configuration, such as enabling the email administrator account and assigning employee email accounts.
The recommended configuration order is as follows:
Set the administrator password(If you already set a password during the purchase process, you do not need to set it again.)
Assign Employee Accounts
Email migration (if you need to migrate emails from a previous email account to Alibaba Mail)
Add DNS records (If your domain name was previously used for another email service, you must delete or disable the original DNS records before adding the DNS records for Alibaba Mail.)

You cannot request an invoice for a top-up amount directly. After you purchase and consume cloud resources, you must request an invoice based on your consumption orders or bills in the Invoice Management console. This is because an invoice must be based on actual consumption to determine its content, tax rate, and the invoicing entity's information. After your consumption is complete, go to the Invoice Management page to request an invoice.
