Approve cross-account authorization requests
This topic describes how to approve cross-account authorization requests.
Approve an authorization request
Go to the Cross-account Authorization Information page.

Log on to the OceanBase console .
In the navigation pane on the left, click Data Transmission Service > System Administration.
On the System Administration page, click the Cross-account Authorization Information tab.
On the Cross-account Authorization Information page, click Requests from Others.

On the Requests from Others page, find the request that you want to grant and click Grant in the Actions column.
In the dialog box, click Grant Authorization.

The status of the request changes to Granted.
Reject an authorization request
Go to the Cross-account Authorization Information page.
On the Cross-account Authorization Information page, click Requests from Others.
On the Requests from Others page, find the request that you want to reject and click Reject in the Actions column.
In the dialog box, enter a Reason for Rejection and click Reject Authorization.

The status of the request changes to Rejected.
Revoke an authorization
Go to the Cross-account Authorization Information page.
On the Cross-account Authorization Information page, click Requests from Others.
On the Requests from Others page, find the granted request that you want to revoke and click Revoke in the Actions column.

Optional: Before you revoke the authorization, notify the requester to release the associated data migration or data synchronization tasks shown in the dialog box. After the tasks are released, return to the Requests from Others page to revoke the authorization.
NoteIf there are no unreleased tasks, you can skip this step.
In the Revoke Authorization dialog box, enter revoke and click Revoke Authorization.

The status of the request changes to Revoked.
