This topic describes the information and operations on the Cross-account Authorization Information page.

Go to the cross-account authorization page

Log on to the OceanBase Management Console .
In the navigation pane on the left, click Data Transmission Service > System Administration.
On the System Administration page, click the Cross-account Authorization Information tab. The My Requests tab is displayed by default.
The Cross-account Authorization Information page contains the My Requests and Others' Requests tabs.

My requests

The My Requests tab lists all the requests that you have submitted. On this tab, you can view your requests and perform related operations.

Parameter	Description
Counterparty account UID	The UID of the Alibaba Cloud account that you request to access.
Request time	The time when the requester submitted the request. You can sort by this column.
Authorization time	The time when the authorizer granted the authorization. You can sort by this column.
Authorization role	The default value is AliyunOceanbaseMigrationServiceRole.
Status	The current status of the submitted request. For example, Alibaba Cloud account A requests authorization from Alibaba Cloud account B: Pending Authorization: A has submitted the request, but B has not approved it. Authorized: B has granted the authorization. Revoked: A or B revoked the authorization after it was granted. Canceled: A canceled the authorization request while it was pending approval. Rejected: B rejected the authorization request. Important If a request in the Pending Authorization state is not approved within 7 days, the system automatically rejects the request. Authorization records in the Revoked or Rejected state are retained for only 30 days.
Operator	Includes Counterparty, Self, and Empty. You can filter by this parameter. Empty indicates that neither user has performed any operation after the requester submitted the request.
Operation	In the Pending Authorization state, you can click Cancel. For more information, see Cancel an authorization request. In the Authorized state, you can click Revoke. For more information, see Revoke an authorization request. In the Revoked or Canceled state, you can click Re-request. For more information, seeResubmit an authorization request. In the Rejected state, you can click View Details and Re-request. After you click View Details, you can view the reason why the other party rejected the request.

Others' requests

The Others' Requests tab lists all the requests that you have received. On this tab, you can view the requests and perform related operations.

Parameter	Description
Counterparty account UID	The UID of the requester's Alibaba Cloud account.
Request time	The time when the requester submitted the request. You can sort by this column.
Authorization time	The time when the authorizer granted the authorization. You can sort by this column.
Authorization role	The default value is AliyunOceanbaseMigrationServiceRole.
Status	The current status of the received request. For example, Alibaba Cloud account A requests authorization from Alibaba Cloud account B: Pending Authorization: A has submitted the request, but B has not approved it.
