This topic describes the quotas and limits for EMAS Serverless.

Supported platforms

EMAS Serverless supports only WeChat Mini Program, Alipay Mini Program, and DingTalk Mini Program.

Number of service spaces

Each account is limited to 20 service spaces. This quota includes all active and suspended spaces.

Note
  • Cloud storage data processing: Features such as image cropping and video frame capturing are in a free trial period.

  • Cloud database backup: This feature is currently free. Full backups are performed daily after midnight and are retained for 7 days.

  • Inappropriate content detection: The service does not automatically scan for inappropriate content in cloud storage. You are responsible for ensuring that all stored files comply with applicable laws and regulations.

  • Front-end web hosting: The cache does not refresh automatically when files are modified. You must refresh it manually.

If the quotas in this topic are insufficient for your needs, contact Technical Support to request an increase. Specify the quota and the new limit you require in your request. Requests are reviewed and approved based on your use case.
