Bounce email error: Frequency of sending is controlled

Problem description

Sending an email using Alibaba Mail fails and returns the following error:

ESO_FRECTRL: Frequency of sending is controlled

Causes

1. The sender's email frequency or volume exceeds the Alibaba Mail limits.

2. The sender's mailbox password is too simple, so the system automatically limits outgoing emails.
