DTS Insight is an intelligent O&M assistant in Data Transmission Service (DTS) that monitors instance statuses in real time and automatically diagnoses and repairs instances when errors occur. When automatic repair is not possible, DTS Insight uses the Tongyi Qianwen model to analyze the error context and generate targeted solutions.
DTS Insight does not support data verification tasks in a DTS dedicated cluster or a single data verification task.
How it works
When a DTS instance experiences high latency, repeated retries, or failures, DTS Insight runs proactive diagnostics — checking the source database, destination database, network conditions, and DTS running state.
The proactive diagnostics feature is system-triggered and runs automatically. Based on the diagnostic results, DTS Insight attempts to repair the instance. If automatic repair is not possible, DTS Insight integrates with the Tongyi Qianwen model to analyze the error context and runtime environment, then generates targeted solutions and reference documentation.

One-click diagnostics: Enable DTS Insight from the DTS console with a single click. It applies predefined rules to scan the source and destination databases, network conditions, and DTS running state, then identifies common issues such as performance bottlenecks, invalid configurations, and service disruptions.

Limitations
DTS Insight does not support data verification tasks in a DTS dedicated cluster or a single data verification task.
The proactive diagnostics feature is system-triggered and cannot be manually enabled.
Automatic repair covers only certain types of errors. For errors that cannot be repaired automatically, address them manually or contact technical support.
Solutions generated with the Tongyi Qianwen model are for reference only. Evaluate the feasibility of each solution before applying it.
