If the CNKIT page cannot be accessed through one-click local access, the local CNKIT agent may not be working properly. Use the following methods to troubleshoot.
After the local CNKIT agent runs successfully, you can click One-click Access on the EDAS console to access the CNKIT page. If the page is inaccessible, the local CNKIT agent may be in an abnormal state. Use the following methods to check whether the agent works properly:

Check whether the CNKIT agent process is running. If you started the CNKIT agent from the CLI, verify that the process is still active and check for error messages.

Check whether the CNKIT agent is listening. The CNKIT agent listens on local port 8090. Verify that port 8090 is in the listening state.
