Configure a scheduled disconnection policy
By default, a cloud computer continues to run and incur charges after you disconnect from it. To save on usage costs, you can configure a scheduled disconnection policy to automatically shut down or hibernate the cloud computer after a specified period of disconnection.
Prerequisites
Client version V6.2 or later is required. We recommend always using the latest version.
Procedure
Alipay and WeChat

In Alipay or WeChat, search for and open the Wuying Workspace mini program.

On the cloud computers tab, tap the
icon in the lower-right corner of the cloud computer card. -
On the manage screen, scroll to the bottom and tap scheduled disconnection policy.

Turn on the scheduled disconnection policy switch, select a disconnection duration, and then select an action.
Windows, macOS, and Web
This section uses the Windows client V7.8 as an example. The UI and steps in this guide may differ for other client types or older versions. Please update your client to the latest version.

Open the client and log in to the Personal edition.

In the left-side navigation pane, click cloud computers.

On the cloud computer card, click manage.

In the policy pane, configure the following settings in the My policies section:

Turn on the scheduled disconnection policy switch.

From the After this cloud computer is disconnected for list, select a duration. After the cloud computer is disconnected for this period, the system automatically performs the specified action.

From the policy list, select an action: shutdown or hibernation.

iOS and Android
This section uses the iOS client V7.4 as an example. The UI and steps in this guide may differ for other client types or older versions. Please update your client to the latest version.

Open the client and log in to the Personal edition.

On the cloud computer card, click manage.

In the policy pane, choose one of the following settings in the scheduled disconnection task section:

If you do not want to set a scheduled disconnection task, select keep running.

To schedule an automatic shutdown or hibernation, select a duration from the When disconnection duration reaches list, and then select shutdown or hibernation from the Perform list.

Shutting down a cloud computer may terminate running processes and cause data loss. After you receive a shutdown prompt, save your data immediately.

Only subscription cloud computers support the sleep feature. session package cloud computers do not support this feature.

The sleep feature is available for Economy mode, Standard mode, and Performance mode, but not for Graphics mode.

If a cloud computer remains asleep for 15 consecutive days, it is automatically shut down. Be sure to save your data regularly.

Only cloud computers that are Running or In Use can enter sleep. Sleeping cloud computers do not support creating or restoring restore points.
