Learn how to view the basic information, specifications, and billing details of your Personal Edition cloud computer.

Important

This topic uses macOS client version 8.5.5 as an example. If your experience differs from what is described here, you may be using a different client type or an older version. Upgrade to the latest version.

How to access

The interface may vary across different client types and versions. The actual interface prevails. After you log on to the Personal Edition client, you can view cloud computer details by using either of the following methods:

On the cloud computer card, click Manage, and then view the details on the Plan and Info tabs.
Inside the cloud computer, open the floating toolbar and click Manage, and then view the details on the Plan and Info tabs.

Field descriptions

Category	Field	Description
Plan tab
Billing (Subscription)	Plan type	The plan type of the cloud computer. You can upgrade or renew the plan here. [Upgrading plan or network bandwidth \| Renewing a cloud computer]
	Storage	The capacity of the system disk and data disk. Example: system disk 60 GiB / data disk 40 GiB.
	Expiration	The expiration date of the current subscription plan.
	Network bandwidth	The network bandwidth. Example: 10 Mbps.
Specifications (Hours package)	Specifications	The compute resource specifications. Example: 4 vCPU / 8 GiB.
	GPU memory	The GPU memory size. Cloud computers with GPUs are suitable for professional graphics, video editing, industrial design, 3D modeling, and gaming.
	Storage	The capacity of the system disk and data disk. Example: 60 GiB / 40 GiB.
Billing (Hours package)	Billing method	Hours package.
	Package details	The available hours and validity period of the hours package. Available hours: The total hours the cloud computer can remain in the Running state. Validity period: Unused hours expire when the package validity period ends.
	Package ID	The unique identifier of the hours package.
	Expiration	The expiration date of the hours package, counted from the date of purchase.
	Used/remaining hours	The used and remaining hours of the package. Important Use the cloud computer before the hours package expires. Even if available hours remain, the cloud computer becomes unavailable after the validity period ends. If the hours package expires or the remaining hours reach 0, and no new hours package is activated within 15 days, the cloud computer is automatically released and data cannot be recovered.
Info tab
Basic information	Name	The custom name you specified during initial setup. Click the icon to rename.
	ID	The unique identifier of the cloud computer.
	Ownership	The ownership type of the cloud computer: Personal or Family.
	Preferred city	The region where the cloud computer is primarily used. This is selected during initial setup and cannot be changed later.
	Operating system	Windows or Linux.
	Image version	The current image version of the cloud computer. Some features may require a specific image version. [Manage cloud computers]
