AI Doc uses pay-as-you-go billing for document parsing, information extraction, and knowledge base Q&A.

Billing methods

AI Doc extracts information from documents and images. Billing works as follows:

Document information extraction:
1. Processing: The service parses each page, then extracts information based on prompts in the extraction template.
2. Billing: Parsing and extraction are billed separately — parsing by page count, extraction by prompt count.
Image information extraction:
1. Processing: The service extracts information from images based on prompts in the extraction template. Non-image files such as PDFs are split into images by page.
2. Billing: Based on image count and prompt count.

Document information extraction	Extracts information from parsed documents based on prompts in the extraction template. A template can contain multiple prompts for simultaneous extraction. If the document was already parsed, only the extraction fee applies. Image information extraction	Extracts information from images using prompts in the extraction template. A template can contain multiple prompts for simultaneous extraction. Non-image files such as PDFs are split into images by page.	CNY 0.04 per image per prompt	Unit price × Number of images × Number of prompts Note: An image file counts as one image. Non-image files such as PDFs are split by page. Image count equals page count. Example: Extract from 1 image with 2 prompts: CNY 0.04 × 1 × 2 = CNY 0.08. Extract from a 5-page PDF with 2 prompts: CNY 0.04 × 5 × 2 = CNY 0.4.
Knowledge base Q&A	Charged per question asked.	CNY 0.06 per question	Unit price × Number of questions Example: The fee for 10 questions is CNY 0.06 × 10 = CNY 0.6.

Subscription savings plans

Savings plans offset pay-as-you-go fees for long-term usage. Higher commitments with full upfront payment yield greater discounts. The discount applies only when a single payment falls within the required range — multiple payments that cumulatively reach the threshold do not qualify.

AI Doc savings plans cover document parsing, extraction, and Q&A. Usage is consolidated. Commit more than CNY 10,000 annually to receive a discount.
