To activate ENS, submit your business requirements: use case, computing power specifications, and resource distribution. Then contact your account manager for compliance filing and review.

An Alibaba Cloud account with completed registration and real-name verification.

ENS requires an enterprise account to activate ENS. If you have an individual account, complete enterprise verification.
Procedure

Go to the ENS product page.

Click Product console.

On the Submit Business Requirements page, fill in the required information, and click Submit.
Provide accurate information.

Description
Enterprise name
Your enterprise name.
Enterprise website
Your enterprise's official website.
Industry
Valid values: General Portal, Education, Video, Online Gaming, and Other.
Required nodes
Enter nodes in Region+ISP format. Example: Heilongjiang Telecom, Inner Mongolia Unicom.
Number of instances
Select a range: 0-10, 11-100, 101-500, or >500.
Requirement description
Describe your specific business requirements.
Phone number
Your phone number for review notifications.
Email address
Your email address for review notifications.

Contact your account manager for compliance filing and review.

If approved, log on to the ENS console.

If rejected, review your information and re-apply. Alternatively, submit a ticket to contact your account manager.
