This topic describes how to use event analysis.

Basic query conditions

  1. Time range (Required): Select a start and end time. You can query records from within the past year. The maximum time span is three months, and you can specify the time down to the second.

  2. Event (Required): Select one or more events created in your account.

  3. Field (Optional): Select a field to query and enter a corresponding value. When you select the score field, you can specify a score range (inclusive).

Custom columns

In addition to the default columns, you can add, remove, and reorder the displayed columns.

  1. Click the Settings button on the far right of the page.

  1. Add columns: In the left transfer box, select the fields you want to display, and click the arrow button to move them to the right transfer box.

  2. Remove columns: In the right transfer box, select the fields you want to remove, and click the arrow button to move them back to the left transfer box.

  1. Reorder columns: In the right transfer box, drag the fields up or down to reorder them.

  2. Click OK to save your custom columns.

Advanced query conditions

Build complex queries using any combination of event input fields and device fields.

  1. Click Advanced Query to open the advanced query editor.

  1. Click Add Condition and select a left variable, an operator, and a right variable to define a condition.

  2. You can add multiple conditions, and combine them with up to two levels of AND and OR logic.

  1. Click Save Conditions to save frequently used conditions for quick access later. You can find saved conditions by clicking My Favorites.
