[Product update] Function invocation fees waived for messaging products and CloudFlow

From 00:00 on January 1, 2024, invocations triggered by the following Alibaba Cloud services are no longer charged for the number of invocations:

• Simple Message Queue (formerly MNS)

• ApsaraMQ for RocketMQ

• ApsaraMQ for RabbitMQ

• ApsaraMQ for Kafka

• ApsaraMQ for MQTT

• EventBridge

• CloudFlow
