What versions of Alibaba Cloud IDaaS CIAM are available?
Based on different customer requirements, the product is divided into multiple versions. As of September 2022, the versions are as follows:
Shared version: Does not provide operations and maintenance support or SLA guarantee (not open to the public).
Standard version: Provides SLA guarantee, does not support customized features, charges based on monthly active users, and uses a pay-as-you-go billing method (not open to the public).
Dedicated version: Meets customers' high requirements for security and stability through deployment in an independent environment. Supports customized feature services (priced separately), solution consulting and customized solutions, and assistance with single sign-on integration and data synchronization services. The IDaaS team provides SLA and security upgrade guarantees.
Expert service: Provides customers with solutions and other manual support, with separate quotes based on service content.

What deployment methods does IDaaS CIAM support?
The CIAM product can be deployed in public cloud, private cloud, private environments, or hybrid cloud environments. For customers with large periodic fluctuations in access traffic or expectations of rapid user growth, we recommend using public cloud services.
How is Alibaba Cloud IDaaS CIAM charged?
Alibaba Cloud IDaaS CIAM calculates product service fees based on monthly active users, with a tiered cumulative pay-as-you-go billing method based on calendar months. Enterprises need to consider their own situations and activate the corresponding regions to facilitate private network connectivity. You can consult the product team when activating. For customers in China, we recommend activating Beijing, Shanghai, and Shenzhen regions.
