Does IDaaS CIAM include SMS costs?
The built-in SMS service is intended for the testing phase and low-volume use cases such as password recovery. If you exceed the SMS quota, the service is automatically disabled. Custom SMS templates are not supported with the built-in service.
For high-volume or production sending, configure a custom SMS gateway.
How do I configure SMS and email gateways?
IDaaS comes with default SMS and email gateways ready to use—no setup required. To customize the sender, message content, or routing, go to Security Settings and configure your own SMS or email gateway. You can also edit SMS and email template content there.
Does IDaaS CIAM support multiple languages?
IDaaS CIAM supports Simplified Chinese and English. For other languages, contact support.
Which browsers does IDaaS support?
IDaaS supports all mainstream browsers, including Chrome, Firefox, Sohu, and 360 Browser.
Does IDaaS support phone numbers or email addresses as unique identifiers?
Yes. IDaaS enforces uniqueness validation for phone numbers and email addresses in user profiles. To use other fields as unique identifiers, use the data dictionary feature to create custom fields and enable uniqueness validation on them.
