View usage data such as call duration and invalid call counts at the organization and workspace levels, and use trend analysis and consumption rankings to determine whether resources are sufficient.

This topic describes how to view usage data from an organization and workspace operations perspective. For information about the quota field definitions and billing rules of seat plans, read this topic together with Monitor Resource Usage.

Usage data is divided into two views: Organization Usage and Workspace Usage. The scope visible to each role differs:

View

Visible Roles

Entry Point

Data Scope

Organization Usage

Organization owner, Organization administrator

Left navigation pane: Subscription and Usage > Organization Usage

Entire organization and all workspaces

Workspace Usage

Workspace administrator

Left navigation pane: Usage > Workspace Usage

Only the workspaces you manage

Menu names vary by role: For organization owners and organization administrators, the menu group is displayed as "Subscription and Usage", which contains "Organization Usage". For workspace administrators, the menu group is displayed directly as "Usage", which contains only "Workspace Usage". Regular members do not have any usage-related menu items.

Organization Usage (Organization Owner / Organization Administrator)

Entry point: After logging in to the console, choose Subscription and Usage > Organization Usage in the left navigation pane.

The page contains the following sections:

Usage Details Card

In the upper-right corner, you can switch between "All Workspaces" or a specific workspace. The card displays the aggregate quota and remaining progress by product.

Usage Trends

Displays the daily outbound call usage trend. You can switch the metric (Call Duration / Invalid Call Count), workspace, and time window (Last 7 / 14 / 30 days).

Usage Rankings

A single card that supports switching between Workspace Ranking and Task Ranking dimensions. Both rankings are sorted in descending order by the currently selected metric (Call Duration / Invalid Call Count). Filter options include the metric and time window (Last 7 / 14 / 30 days, counted by calendar day). The task dimension additionally provides workspace and task type filters.

  • Workspace Ranking: Lists all workspaces in the organization, sorted by the aggregate value of the selected metric from highest to lowest, helping you quickly identify which workspace has the highest consumption. Each row provides a View Details link for drill-down. The sub-columns in the table represent the composition breakdown of the metric, not the sorting dimension:

    • Call Duration metric: Seat Call Duration / Booster Pack Call Duration / Total Call Duration (minutes).

    • Invalid Call Count metric: Seat / Booster Pack / Invalid Call Count Pack / Total (count).

  • Task Ranking: After selecting a workspace, lists the outbound call tasks within that workspace, also sorted in descending order by the selected metric. Supports switching between Regular Tasks / API Tasks. Columns include task name, skill used, metric usage, and start/end time.

Workspace Usage Drill-Down

Click View Details in the Workspace Ranking to open a drawer that displays the workspace's "Usage Overview + Usage Trends + Task Details" in three sections.

All data in the drawer represents consumption statistics, that is, how much quota was actually used within the selected time window.

Typical Scenario

Periodically review the consumption of each workspace. When you find that a workspace is about to exhaust its quota, go to Workspace Management to supplement it with seats or booster packs. If the organization has no unassigned capacity remaining, the organization owner should first purchase more on the Subscription page.

Workspace Usage (Workspace Administrator)

  • Entry point: After logging in to the console, choose Usage > Workspace Usage in the left navigation pane (for workspace administrators, the menu group is displayed as "Usage").

  • Data scope: Only the workspaces you manage. You cannot see the Subscription menu, nor can you see other workspaces or the organization-wide aggregated data.

  • Page content: Usage details, usage trends, and task usage rankings for your workspace. The view is the same as Organization Usage, except the workspace dropdown only contains workspaces you manage.

When resources are insufficient: Workspace administrators cannot purchase or assign resources on their own. Please contact the organization administrator or organization owner to supplement resources.
