Algorithm task configuration

Prerequisites

• The camera device is configured on the network and is online locally.

• The edge-integrated device has the required algorithm.

  Note

  If the edge-integrated device does not have the required algorithm, contact your business contact and provide your algorithm requirements to obtain it. For more information, see Algorithm task management.

Procedure

1. Log on to the management console of the edge-integrated device.

2. In the navigation pane on the left, click Task Management.

3. On the Task Management page, click Add Task.

4. Set the following parameters and click OK.

   Parameter	Description
   Task name	Set a name for the task.
   Remarks	Enter remarks for the task. This information describes the task and can be left empty.
   Algorithm	Select the target algorithm from the algorithms that are available on the edge-integrated device.
   Select device	Select a device that is already configured on the Device Management page.
   Select stream type	Select the major stream or the sub stream. Major stream: Suitable for local storage. Sub stream: Suitable for network transmission.
   Algorithm detection frequency (seconds)	Select the detection frequency for the video stream. Real-time: Analyzes data frames in real time. Interval: Analyzes frames at a set interval.
   Task algorithm schedule	Configure the time period during which the algorithm is active. The algorithm does not run outside of this period.
