Premium instances support MQTT access over VPC networks
When you create an MQTT endpoint for a Premium instance, enable VPC network access. Select the virtual private cloud (VPC), vSwitch, and security group to attach. After configuration, devices connect to the IoT Platform over the VPC network.
Cold data storage supports data archiving
When older cold data in DataService Studio has no immediate analysis needs, configure data archiving to reduce data storage costs.
In the console, start an archiving task, set the archiving period, and view archiving records. You can export archived data.
You cannot query or analyze archived data using SQL tasks in Analytics Insights. You can revoke archiving as needed.
IoT Studio launches a public instance migration tool
The IoT Studio service launches a public instance migration tool. You can migrate projects, web applications, mobile applications, and device binding relationships from existing public instances to Enterprise instances. To migrate devices, use the IoT Platform instance migration tool.
