After you request to export SIM card information from the card management page, go to the Exported Files page to view the request status and download the file.

Usage notes

  • Export records are available for 14 days. If your request succeeds, download the file promptly.

  • Files are exported in .csv format.

  • The timestamp for each record reflects the data retrieval time, not the file generation time. For large exports, data retrieval times may vary between records.

Download the exported file

  1. Log in to the IoT SIM Service Console.

  2. In the left-side navigation pane, choose Exported Files.

    Alternatively, you can request an export on the card management page, then click View Application Progress to go to the Exported File Management page.

  3. On the Exported File Management page, view the request status and download the file accordingly.

    • in progress: The request is being processed. Wait a few minutes, then click the 刷新 refresh icon to update the page. The file is available for download when the request status changes to succeeded.

    • succeeded: Click Download in the Actions column to download the file.

    • failed: The request failed. Try submitting the export request again from the SIM Card Management > card management page.
