Refund details
Fees already incurred for the pay-as-you-go billing method are not refundable.
For the subscription billing method, the following rules apply to refunds:
Unused resource plans are eligible for a full refund within 5 days of purchase.
If a resource plan is partially used within 5 days of purchase, the refund amount is calculated as follows:
Refund amount = Order amount - Usage * Pay-as-you-go unit price.
Resource plans are generally not refundable if more than 5 days have passed since the purchase date, regardless of usage.
