How to manually renew a subscription instance-Lindorm(Lindorm)-阿里云帮助中心

If you do not renew a subscription Lindorm instance on time, its data is permanently deleted. To prevent data loss, manually renew the instance or enable auto-renewal within 15 days after it expires. This topic describes how to manually renew a subscription instance.

Prerequisites

The Lindorm instance is a subscription instance.

Notes

If you change the resource specifications before the renewal order takes effect, you can only unsubscribe from the resources. In this case, you cannot cancel the resource renewal order.

Manual renewal methods

You can manually renew an instance by using one of the following methods:

Renew in the Lindorm console
Renew in the Renewal Management console

Renew in the Lindorm console

Log on to the Lindorm console.
In the upper-left corner of the page, select the region where the instance is deployed.
On the Instances page, find the target instance and click Renew in the Actions column.
On the Renew page, configure the renewal settings.
1. Select a Duration of purchase and check the Expiration Time (After Renewal):.
2. Read the Terms of Service, select the agreement checkbox, and then click Buy Now.
On the Pay page, follow the on-screen instructions to complete the payment.

Renew in the Renewal Management console

Log on to the Lindorm console.
In the top navigation bar, choose Price > Renewal.
On the Resource Renewal page, select Lindorm (New Edition) from the product name drop-down list, and then click the Manual Renewal tab.
- Renew a single instance
  1. In the Manual Renewal list, find the target instance and click Renew in the Actions column.
    
    Note
    If the target instance is on the Auto-renewal or Nonrenewal upon Expiration tab, find the instance. In the Actions column, select > Enable Manual Renewal. In the Enable Manual Renewal dialog box that appears, click OK to switch the instance back to manual renewal.
  2. On the renewal page, select a subscription duration.
  3. Read the Terms of Service and then click Buy Now.
  4. On the Pay page, follow the on-screen instructions to complete the payment.
- Renew multiple instances
  1. In the Manual Renewal list, select the checkboxes of the target instances.
  2. Click Batch Renewal.
  3. On the Batch Renewal page, select a renewal duration for each instance.
    
    Note
    If you want to set the same renewal duration for all instances, click Batch Setting. In the dialog box that appears, select a duration and click OK.
  4. Click Pay.
  5. On the Pay page, follow the on-screen instructions to complete the payment.
