This topic describes the refund rules, methods, and fund flow for Lindorm instances.
Refunds are available only for subscription Lindorm instances. Pay-as-you-go instances are not eligible for refunds. To stop billing for pay-as-you-go instances, you can release them in the Lindorm console.
Refund rules
Subscription Lindorm instances are eligible for refunds. Before you unsubscribe from a subscription Lindorm resource, read the unsubscription rules, notes, and examples. For more information, see Unsubscription rules.
Refund methods
The following table describes the refund methods for Lindorm instances based on their billing method.
Billing method | Refund policy |
Subscription | If you no longer need a subscription instance, you can request a refund. The system calculates the refund based on your resource configuration. For more information, see Unsubscription methods. |
Pay-as-you-go | Pay-as-you-go instances are billed in real-time based on usage and are not eligible for refunds. If you no longer need a pay-as-you-go instance, release it to stop billing. For more information, see Release an instance. |

Refunds apply only to the amount paid with cash or stored value cards. Payments made using vouchers or coupons are not refundable.
