Qoder CN for Organizations provides user management, permission management, and organization customization. This lets administrators centrally manage Qoder CN access for developers and implement intelligent R&D at scale within their organization.
Qoder CN for Organizations is available in two editions:
Qoder CN Enterprise Standard Edition: Provides an out-of-the-box organization management service with unified account and permission management, analytics reports, and operation logs. This edition is ideal for organizations that require rapid, large-scale rollouts and unified permission management.
Qoder CN Enterprise Dedicated Edition: Provides user management, user account integration, unified permission management, Q&A with an organizational knowledge base, and enhanced code generation from organizational codebases. It also offers a VPC deployment mode to meet organizational security, compliance, and custom usage requirements.
For details on the features of each edition, see Billing.
This topic provides a quick start guide for the Enterprise Standard Edition.
Prerequisites
Register an Alibaba Cloud account and complete real-name verification. For more information, see Account registration (PC), Individual real-name verification, or organizational real-name verification.
Log in with an Alibaba Cloud primary account or a RAM user under that account that has the AliyunRDCFullAccess permission policy. This permission allows you to create organizations, purchase services, and perform related operations.
To enable the Qoder CN service for an existing Standard Edition organization, log in with the Alibaba Cloud primary account that owns the organization.
Step 1: Create an organization and enable Qoder CN
Perform the following steps as an Alibaba Cloud primary account or an authorized RAM user:
Log on to the Alibaba Cloud console and go to the Qoder CN Console.
In the left-side navigation pane, click Instance Management. On the Standard Edition tab, click Create Organization.
Select Qoder CN and click Enable Now.
Enter an Organization Name, R&D Organization Size, and Industry, and then click Create Now to open the Qoder CN for Organizations management console.
Scenario 1: If you are enabling the Qoder CN Enterprise Standard Edition service for a new organization, proceed to Step 2.
Scenario 2: If you are enabling Qoder CN Enterprise Standard Edition for an Alibaba Cloud DevOps organization, proceed to Step 3.
Scenario 3: If you need to purchase a subscription after creating a new organization or enabling the Qoder CN Enterprise Standard Edition service, proceed to Step 5.
Step 2: Add members to the organization
After creating an organization, you can add members by adding RAM users or by sending an invitation link to other Alibaba Cloud account users.
Method 1: Add RAM users as members
Prerequisites: You have created an organization (see Step 1) and RAM users in the Alibaba Cloud RAM console.
Go to the organization management console: https://qoder.console.aliyun.com/.
In the left-side navigation pane, choose Member Management > Members, click Add Member, and then select Invite Organization Members.
Click Add RAM User to add and sync RAM users as organization members. You can use either Automatic Sync or Manual Sync.
Tip: We recommend enabling Automatic Sync if you want to sync users automatically.

Automatically sync new RAM users: When you create a new RAM user in the RAM console, the user is automatically added to your Qoder CN organization.
Automatically remove deleted RAM users: When you delete a RAM user in the RAM console, the user is automatically removed from the organization, and their access permissions are immediately revoked.
Manual Sync
Manually select RAM users to add: You can individually select and add RAM users. New users created in the RAM console are not automatically added to the organization.
Automatically remove deleted RAM users: When you delete a RAM user in the RAM console, the user is automatically removed from the corresponding Qoder CN (formerly Lingma) organization, and their access permissions are immediately revoked.
Method 2: Add members via invitation link
Prerequisites: You have created an organization as described in Step 1.
Go to the organization management console: https://qoder.console.aliyun.com/.
In the left-side navigation pane, choose Member Management > Members, click Add Member, and then select Invite Organization Members.
Click Invite via Link and choose one of the following options:
Join directly without approval: Users can join the organization directly by clicking the invitation link and logging on to Alibaba Cloud DevOps.
Join after approval: Users who click the invitation link can join the organization only after an organization administrator approves their request.
Click Create and Copy Invitation Link, and then send the link to the Alibaba Cloud accounts or RAM users you want to invite.
Step 3: Grant Qoder CN access to members
The organization owner or a Qoder CN administrator can add and authorize developers from the organization's member list on the Qoder CN console - Permission Management page. For detailed instructions, see Permission Management.
