Order Expiration Impact
An expired Enterprise Edition order prevents developers from using Qoder CN. Administrators should renew promptly or enable auto-renewal to avoid disruption.
Renew before expiration or during the post-expiration retention period to avoid disruption for developers.
Enterprise Standard Edition expiration impact
After the Enterprise Standard Edition order expires:

Developers in the organization can no longer use Qoder CN as enterprise members.

The organization is not deleted. Developer authorization records, data reports, and similar data remain unaffected. The Subscription Owner and organization Admins retain access to the Qoder CN management console.

The Alibaba Cloud account owner can renew within 15 days after expiration or make a new purchase after expiration. Qoder CN Enterprise Standard Edition Renewal.
After the Alibaba Cloud account owner renews or repurchases Enterprise Standard Edition, all authorized developers can resume using Qoder CN.
Enterprise Dedicated Edition expiration impact
If no other active service order exists after the Enterprise Dedicated Edition order expires, the enterprise instance will be released 15 days after expiration. Data cannot be recovered after the instance is released. Renew promptly.
After the Enterprise Dedicated Edition order expires:

Developers can no longer use Qoder CN as Dedicated Edition users.

The enterprise instance is stopped. Site management, the Qoder CN management console, and other administration portals become inaccessible.

The enterprise instance is retained for 15 days. During this period, user management information and developer authorization data remain intact.

The Alibaba Cloud account owner can renew within 15 days or make a new purchase after expiration. Qoder CN Enterprise Dedicated Edition Renewal.
